Through our Free Chiropractic Health Talks, you will have better understand your body, its ability to heal itself, the origin of pain and symptoms, and how to resolve them without drugs or surgery. These services can be offered to your staff; during a lunch break; part of a company's health check-up for employees or wellness day event.

Research suggests that repetitive everyday movement patterns within an office setting can cause micro trauma, harming the body, leaving us stiff, out of shape, and unhealthy. In this office talk I want to show simple ways to adjust our daily posture, proper office ergonomics, and daily routines that will enhance movements and create better long term physical/mental health. Within the presentation I will be providing simple stretching ideas, stress relief habits, and other everyday "life hacks" that can be done both inside and outside the workplace to maintain better long term health and productivity.
Exercise & Fitness
A new understanding in health science is taking place in our culture. Research is showing that the choices that we make in the areas of how we eat, move, and think determine the outcome of our health and longevity. This office talk will focus on exercise, outlining simple, everyday exercise habits that can be used to create a happier, healthier life balance. I will outline the current research on disease and illness being caused by lack of movement/ insufficient exercise, along with give helpful hints on how to make better lifestyle choices.

What nutritional choices are deficient and toxic, resulting in increased stress and poor health? This office talk focuses on the nutritional choices we make every day. I will discuss ways to create healthier eating habits, along with the common misconceptions about organic foods, processed meats, artificial sweeteners, benefits of fruits vs veggies, and "fad" diet plans.

We will discuss lifestyle trends, positive long term health influences, good cumulative habits, disease risks, and ways to circumvent the affects poor aging.
As a former professional golfer and sports enthusiast I have a passion for golf. This office talk would be designed specifically for the golfers within the office. I will be discussing ways to create more distance, better accuracy, and improve overall scoring. Using the fundamental ideas of golfs' leading performance industry brands like Titleist and Nike, I will be discussing golf specific exercises, stretches, injury prevention techniques, and overall game improvement strategies.
